Learn the art of Charcuterie Embellishments as we demonstrate the art of cutting cheese and how to create creative embellishments including the Alternating Wedge, Mini Triangle River Wedge, Triangle Fan, Salami Rose, and additional tricks with Kiwi & Radishes. Each guest will receive a personalized cheese & charcuterie plate to enjoy while creating a Wood Plank Tray, Pedestal Tray, Lazy Susan or Round Sign. Customize your project with your choice of (non-toxic!) stain and designer paint colors. Registration fee includes your DIY project and Charcuterie instruction.

We had too much fun with Jekyll Brewing that we decided to make this a monthly event! Every third Tuesday of the month, we will be at Jekyll Brewing for a Cheese and Brews night. Next up is Tuesday, August 13th at 6:30pm. We are so excited for an eventful evening of pairing cheeses and brews. We have carefully selected a handful of fabulous cheeses to pair with some awesome beers from Jekyll Brewing’s taproom. Join us!

We are so excited to go back to Deep Roots Wine Market & Tasting Group for a pairing event that is not to be missed!

Wine and cheese go hand in hand, right? But pairing decisions can be difficult! Mary will help us take out the guesswork and guide us through a perfect wine and cheese pairing.


Together, we will carefully curate wines and cheeses we love and share them with you. You will get to taste 5 wines and experience how specific flavors and textures of cheeses compliment different wine varietals.

  Old Chatham Sheepherding Creamery, NY 
Naked Pruner -Naked Pruner is a soft ripened sheep’s milk cheese.   The cheese is allowed to ripen in the cave for a few days then washed in a stout
Bismark - Bismark is a cheddar/Pyrenees-style hybrid. It is savory, sweet, and yogurty, finishing with notes of candied hazelnut.  While the cheese is made at Grafton Village Cheese in Vermont, the milk is sourced from nearby Amish farmers in New York State and aged in Brooklyn.

Coppinger - Winner of the 2017 Good Food Award, 
Coppinger is a semi-soft washed rind cheese with a striking layer of decorative vegetable ash in its center. 
Shakerag - 2015 Good Food Awards Winner, 2016 3rd place, ACS
A Cheeses & Mary Favorite, Shakerag is a crumbly yet dense blue-veined cheese cloaked in fig leaves  soaked in Chattanooga Whisky. 
Experience - A  joint effort by Consider Bardwell and Crown Finish Caves, Experience is a small format Taleggio-style cow's milk cheese washed in Channing Daughters Vermouth -
a self described stinker!

Crabapple Fest

Held Saturday, Oct. 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in historic downtown Crabapple, the Crabapple Fest will again see the City of Milton and nonprofit Crabapple Community Association (CCA) combine to put on one massive destination festival.

Once again, an incredible fall festival will greet the community, including:

  • Nearly 100 antique vendors, local juried artists and merchants from all over the Southeast
  • 8-foot LED game day screen featuring SEC college football is back by popular demand thanks to Carl Black of Roswell.
  • Loads of children’s rides & games
